Our services

Brush & Hose provides mobile car wash, auto detailing, and pressure washing services by appointment in the Atlanta, Georgia area. We come to your location.

Booking and access

When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to ensure we have safe, legal access to the vehicle or property at the scheduled time. Please remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left inside.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the services requested. Payment is due at the time of service and is processed through Square. Applicable taxes may apply.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule when weather or other conditions make service unsafe or impractical, and we will work with you to find a new time.

Vehicle and property condition

We treat every vehicle and property with care. You confirm that the vehicle is in a condition suitable for the requested service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, including worn clear coat, loose or aftermarket trim, rust, chips, cracks, or water intrusion through faulty seals. If you believe damage occurred during service, you must notify us before we leave your location, or immediately after service, so we can inspect it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brush & Hose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us promptly and we will do our best to make it right.

Photos and marketing

We may photograph vehicles and completed work for marketing and social media. If you would prefer we not photograph your vehicle, let us know before service.

Website content

The content, logos, and images on brushandhose.com are owned by Brush & Hose and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
